I have also suffered from frozen shoulder (s) and to appeal to menopausal women who are in the same boat, my only suggestion would be an extender to be able to hold the massager on your head that doesn’t require that shoulder movement. I love this scalp massager!! My fiance gave this to me as an early anniversary gift and I'm extremely happy to have it It's stylish, small enough that it fits in my hand, and it feels SO. I bought one of these as they seemed to be the latest thing for scalp health. I tend to have flaky scalp and issues from eczema, so I thought adding a scalp massager into my routine would help. Every day when I lather up with shampoo and before I rinse, I use this all over in a circular motion. I would have given this a 5 star but there's no manual. Not able to find the manual for this specific model online. I have long hair down misback. I've been losing my hair in large amounts the past 4 months. I like how the massager felt on my scalp. My hair didn't get knoted which was my main concern. My favorite thing about this item is that it's relatively quiet and easy to use, so I can run it while I watch TV or relaxing in bed while keeping one hand free to play with my phone or whatever. Being bald or shaving your head may be trendy for men, but it's not something most women (including myself) want to experience. I'm taking meds for pain due to bone cancer. My hair has always been very thin and would grow very slowly. I stopped dying my hair in December 2019 because I noticed more hair falling out when I Dyed it. I had a hysterectomy last year in April. Ok, I was a skeptic. I am in my late 40s and have been slowly losing hair for years. I tried everything from alternative to doctors to laser comb, nothing worked. What you want to know is whether this device works, and if so, is it worth the money. Well,...I can tell you that it works, yes, it does benefit the reduction of hair loss and also the regrowth of hair follicles. If you want to know that science of what the device does, you can see countless videos made that discuss what massage and red light therapy does to your scalp. Is it worth the cash? For me, it was. For you, well,..it's your money, so I can only suggest that it is cheaper and way less invasive than a hair transplant. Now, that being said, if you are bald and have not seen hair follicles in years, this device will not help you. If you have thinning hair and want to make your hair thicker and regrow hair follicles that are not gone, but simply dormant, this device will do what it promises.
I want to say two more things and then I am gone. First, you are going to find more expensive and also cheaper machines that promise the same thing as this device. DO YOUR RESEARCH. The more expensive ones are simply that, more expensive. The cheaper ones, well, they are trash. Second thing, and this one you should really take to heart. This device alone, will only do so much. Think of this device as the sun. Think of your hair as the grass. Think of your scalp as the dirt. Your body, more importantly, what you put in it, feeds your scalp. My point is,...diet, namely yours. I'll use myself as an example. I don't smoke. I eat very healthy. I work out. I take the appropriate vitamins and minerals. I clean my scalp with a DHT blocker shampoo. I also use a honey based conditioner. Just know that it will not be one thing that saves you from your hair loss. It will be multiple things, the right things, that turn things around for you. Do your research and stay committed to a specific routine. I hope the very best for you as you go on this journey, but do something today, because once your hair is gone,...it's not going to come back on it's own.

I’m pushing 40 and my hair is starting to thin... About me: baby fine shoulder length hair, about 10-20 % gray, thinning hair due to aging, hair shedding from stress, stress-induced hair pulling. This product is a must have in my routine. My hair over the past 5 years or so has gone from fabulous to truly awful mainly due to stress/aging. I have lost about 2/3 to 3/4 of my hair over this time period. With this product and some other changes I can actually wear my hair half up half down in the way I like on the day in between washes. This might be an auto turn off feature after a set amount of time (not sure). I did not notice any change in my hair at the beginning except my hairbrush was no longer full of hair. I also did not realize how much I was actually shedding until it all stopped. I have fine thin hair and honestly started using this product to just thicken my hair. I’ve used biotin for years and assumed I was getting maximum benefit until this was recommended by my dermatologist. Fast forward, it’s worth every dime. Yes it’s expensive but it absolutely works for me. My hair, I figure after 7 months, has 3+ inches of growth. Did my hair grow faster?, not really. Is it thicker and shiny? You bet. I cannot believe the shine.... and it’s much thicker. But that’s not why I’m here. I am over 60 with post menopausal sleep issues that have plagued me for years. I have never slept better... The massage is extremely relaxing! Every night I fall right to sleep and stay asleep. My advice is to give it a few months then decide.

Overall, I'd give this head massager a four and a half star if I could. It comes with a charging station, which is a huge plus to not have to worry about replacing batteries. It's a pretty good size and definitely relaxes the scalp. It goes two different speeds and is very easy to use. One warning, be sure to fix your hair after using before leaving the house. Also, it makes a slightly annoying noise when using. Works great. Even better when you have headphones in.

In a world where there are loads of hair products promising to do literally everything, this product actually works. I’ve always had thin hair but struggled with hair growth because of medicine I have to take but after using this for about 2 months or so, the hair grew in much thicker than ever before. My hair also has always broke easily but the strands are so much stronger which obviously keeps the hair on your head. Idk if it actually sparks accelerated hair growth but it definitely thickens it and prevents breakage which fosters length. I also recommended this to my aunt who has battled alopecia for years!! After just a month, she has hair strands growing in places she’s been bald in for years!!

I have suffered from dandruff since I was in high school. I changed shampoos. I used different conditioners. I changed my hair washing routines. I changed the temperature of the water. This is amazing! Who knew that such a simple product could help me with my seborrheic dermatitis? I used to use apple cider vinegar on my scalp and would put a shower cap on at night, and would be able to get rid of my dandruff just using regular shampoo/conditioner the next morning, but that method started to become less effective… Anyone with this condition knows how heartbreaking it is when the scales come back on your scalp. I was stressing out wondering how else I was going to manage my horrible dandruff, when I saw this nifty product and figured I’d give it a shot. So glad I did! I’ve suffered with a dry, flaking scalp for about a year now (pretty much started when I was pregnant and hadn’t gone away). I have used tea tree oil shampoo, dandruff shampoo, coconut oil, you name it. I finally read somewhere that exfoliating the scalp might help, but I was hesitant because years ago, I had a shampoo brush and it was very rigid and the bristles were fine and close together and it made my hair a tangled mess. Anyway, I saw this scalp massager and it looked a lot more flexible so I thought I’d give it a try and HOLY MOLY my flakes are gone! It’s made out of a silicone-type material and the little “bristles” are flexible but still get the job done. I can literally massage my hair with shampoo in and it doesn’t get tangled. It’s amazing. Not only do I have zero flakes now, I feel like using this does a way better job at working the shampoo in and getting your hair and scalp really clean. I have super thick hair and no matter how much shampoo I use or how long I scrub my hair, I felt like the back, underneath part of my hair would sometimes stay dirty. This massager gets all that.

This product didn’t work for me. Certainly not in month one. I believe I used it for 2 or 3 months, and didn’t see any change at all. I am not saying this product does not work, because it has obviously been a literal god send to some!! It just didn’t have much affect for me. I bought this because I suffer from dermatitis on my scalp, which means a gross and flaky scalp. With a head of thick hair, I've tried a ton of other shampoo brushes that left me disappointed. Either the bristles were too hard, too sharp, too short, or not stiff enough to do much of anything. This massager is perfect. My scalp feels cleaner and it's clear of flakes enough that my prescription medicine can really penetrate now.

I bought this product because I have been looking all over for a cheaper alternative to getting rid of build up on my scalp. I tried everything... special shampoo/conditioner, washing my hair often, not washing my hair often, leave in treatments, essential oils, hair masks, etc. Then I saw this thing. This weird looking thing for $89. So why not give it a try? I have been using it for 2 weeks and it has LESSENED my build up but has not fully taken it away. It doesn't hurt or tangle my hair (my hair is past my shoulders), it takes care of the breakouts along my scalp, my hair in general feels a lot stronger at the root, AND has improved the quality of my hair! It's so smooth and silky it looks SO GOOD AND SHINY. I have actual bounce to my hair. I have not changed my routine except for using this thing (I use head and shoulders eucalyptus shampoo 2 in 1). My head is also less itchy. I really do love this thing. I use it at least 3 times a week. I love this thing; it's part of my weekly routine now!
