How long does shipping take?
With thousands of customers worldwide, ScalpHero will only work with the most reliable and efficient couriers to dispatch all orders. Our all orders are processed and shipped out within 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday). Your order will be sent via our express courier service, which includes door to door tracking.
Here is a list of average shipping times:
- United States: 5-8 business days
- Canada: 5-10 business days
- United Kingdom: 4-7 business days
- Europe: 5-10 business days
- Australia: 5-10 business days
- New Zealand: 5-12 business days

Will it tangle my hair?
No! ScalpHero is safe to use for all hair types. The unique silicone massage nodes are tangle-free and won't cause breakage.
How long will it take to see the results?
Most of our customers see a reduction in hair loss and an improvement in hair health/thickness within the first 45 days.
After 2 months of consistent use, a significant improvement will be noticeable.

Can I use it in the shower?
Of Course. With IPX-7 level waterproof protection, ScalpHero can be used safely in the shower or in bath.
How do I charge the massager?
Place the massager on the charging base which shall be connected with the product's original USB cable.
When you charge the product, the white indicator will flicker, and then be ON when it's fully charged.
During the charging process, it will not work. If you charge it during its working process, it will automatically enable its self-protection program and stop working.
Can I use it with hair products?
Absolutely! In fact, ScalpHero helps apply products evenly throughout your hair and deeper into your scalp so that products can be absorbed more efficiently.
Cleaning the device is also very easy. Each of the four 88-point massage nodes are removable and washable.
